If you become a client, you agree to:

• Submit billing records on time (as outlined in your service agreement)

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. Fees and Payment

Billing service fees are outlined in the client’s agreement.
Payments are due according to the agreed terms.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information.
Confidential data is only used for billing purposes and is not shared except as required to submit OHIP claims.

6. Limitation of Liability

Optimize Billing is not responsible for:

• Errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client

• Delays caused by external platforms (e.g., OHIP, MC EDT, vendor systems)

• Interruption of website availability

We operate with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Termination

Clients may terminate services at any time according to the terms in their Service Agreement.
We also reserve the right to discontinue services for misuse or non-payment.
